Lenox Nachmani is located on the discreet Nachmani street, steps away from the prestigious Rothschild Boulevard. It is in the heart of Tel-Aviv's historic " White City " which is the city's cultural, artistic and business center where one can find the most elegant dining spots and art galleries.
The building is a designated historic landmark under UNESCO World Heritage to which the architects have added an ultra-modern Bauhaus adjunction. The historic landmark building was designed by the famous Tel-Aviv Architect Joseph Berlin in 1924 and will be restored to its' original majestic glamour with its' classic colonial facade. The first water tower of Tel Aviv, received landmark designation as well and is situated on our plot adjacent to the project.

The project is designed by the world renowned architect Reda Amalou - AW2 (http://www.aw2.net) and Israeli architects Amnon Bar Or & Eden Barr.
AW2 are also the architects of some of the most prized hotel and residential resorts all over the world including: Four Seasons, Amman Hotels, GHM Hotels & Residences, Six Senses and Chedi Resorts. They have received numerous prizes such as « World's Best Hotel & Tourism Resort » for the Nam Hai in Viet Nam and again this year in 2012 for the Six Senses in Con Dao.
Lenox Nachmani is topographically located on the highest point in Tel-Aviv's center on a plot of over 2,000 sq. m. and will be surrounded by magnificent gardens with a total of only about 5200m buildable meters. It has luxurious, private and exclusive atmosphere.
The project is currently in construction and will be finished in 2013.
